Fitzgerald Public Schools

Twelve of our students are participating in the Eisner Graphic Novel project in partnership with the Warren Library and Barnes and Noble. Last week students started their mini lesson on good v. evil characters and started sketching them out. This week the students will cover storyboarding with the staff. Our School Psychologist, Ms. Rome, and our School Social Worker, Ms. Smith, are also there to assist with student mentoring and counseling during workshop sessions as students work through big ideas in their lives by using them in their writing and sketching. We can't wait to see their finished projects as our students work collaboratively throughout the next few months! The workshop meets on Mondays after school in the Media Center.
