Reporting Alleged Legal/Policy Violations

To assist with establishing a work environment where employees feel comfortable reporting information they see as a violation of the law and/or Fitzgerald Public School (FPS) district policies, contracts or administrative guidelines, the following are methods to report those concerns:

  1. Notify your supervisor

  2. Notify the Director of Human Resources

  3. Notify Information Technology (IT) Support Services

  4. Use the suggestion boxes at the school buildings

  5. Complete the anonymous form via this link: https://forms.gle/v8EkmSBUNwUt26kE7

If you choose to use the anonymous form, it goes to the Director of Human Resources and Information Technology (IT) Support Services for a collaborative effort and method of checks and balances. All complaints will be investigated and appropriate action taken.
